More About me
I'm a marketing and communications strategist with more than a decade of experience in fundraising, project management, digital media, and copywriting--all with a lens for equity and inclusion. Through compelling storytelling and visionary strategy, I've launched and led a successful start-up (Rise Collective), raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for nonprofits, and created targeted marketing campaigns for organizations across the globe.
I studied Journalism, Spanish, and Italian at Ithaca College and received a master's degree in Latin American Studies with specializations in gender and development from the University of Florida. I am passionate about mentoring entrepreneurs, burgeoning activists, and marketing professionals and enjoy leading trainings and workshops about authentic storytelling, inclusive language, and equitable marketing.
As a yoga teacher, I approach my work with mindfulness and intention. I’m grateful to have been featured in various publications, including Yoga Journal, and given talks with such institutions as the Center for Digital Strategy. In my free time, I enjoy travel, spending time in nature, reading, and yoga and meditation.
